Hi Everyone, I hope someone can help me with the following problem that I am having. I have a GCC Bobcat-30 cutter and have been using Flexisign Pro to cut T-shirt vinyl with no problems. However I have recently purchased Signlab 8 Vinyl and have been unable to get it to cut anything. When I send the job to the cutter and press cut it does nothing. Does anyone know exactly what the correct settings should be with regards to port etc. I do not have a serial connection. I have been using a USB cable for Flexisign but also have a printer cable if I need it. I am very new to this so any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, Yes it is listed in the drop down list of the software and the drivers are installed.

Hello, if the machine isn't communicating with signlab, do you get an error message? try selecting External DLL as your port configuration - 'Cut'-Plotting Defaults-Setup-'Ports' if you are using USB.
