Hi everyone,
This is my first post here and I wish it could be about something else but here it is.

I've kinda been doing this trial by error style and I'm at my wits end. I'm just trying to cut from SignBlazer with my USCutter MH-721. I export from Inkscape and it shows up fine in SignBlazer until I get to the cut screen where it looks like a bunch of blobs that make up segments of my lines.... I've tried combining the objects in sign blazer, I've tried exporting .eps, .ps,.dxf... you name it I've tried it. It always makes these blobs and thinks my lines are hundreds of segments and stabs away at it like a sewing machine.
Is there some magical way to bring over a vector from inkscape to SB and not have it destroyed in the process? I've tried it filled and not filled. Filled worked fine but it would trace everything twice. I've tried SignCut Pro and the design worked fine there but it won't cut a large file without freezing halfway through. This may be associated with a windows 7 issue though as the same freezing happened on large designs that did work in SignBlazer.

As you can probably tell my initiation into vinyl cutting has been most unpleasant. I would love to know if anyone else is experiencing these types of issues and how they overcame them. I will be attempting to cut from an XP computer with SignCut Pro to see if my freezing issues are resolved there. SignBlazer on XP is still having the same import issues.
