So yea I have been on this forum for many years and for some odd reason I never showed my little setup
All homemade
1 color 1 station
4 color 1 station
Heat press
exposure unit
I built the table and on the left is my screen rack

From what I can see its a very nice setup. Would you care to show more of your screen drying racks? I'm interested in building some of my own and was looking to get some ideas.

You could easily make the the 4/1 into a 4/2 by running the 2/4 full length and adding a platen on the other side. Add another lazy susie to allow the Platen to spin too.

Nice & Clean setup. Keep it as clean as you can. Been organized it's key in the process. If your customer aks for 24 t-shirts, you print 24, no 3 or 5 more because of smudges in the process.

Thanks everyone I have been really happy with the setup,
No the heat press is not homemade it is a pro world, my g/f does alot of rhinestone shirts
I can make the press a 2 station because of the spin they are too close together right now I am only curing my shirts with the heat press anyways working on getting a flash dryer
