I saw a Ioline LP4000 plotter, vinyl cutter on craigslist for $20. Would it be worth it to purchase or would I be purchasing a headache?

He said it is working. But he also says it is a labor of love to use it as a vinyl cutter but he thinks it will work fine as a single pen plotter.

I did finally talk with the seller on the phone and found out that it is a plotter that he converted to a cutter. Not what I'm looking for.
