Short Sleeves on M2?

1483 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Anthony Ralano
I need to run sleeve logos on short sleeve shirts? 1. What is the best way to do this with the M2? 2. We purchased the sleeve platens and when I measure them and put two logos on in Photoshop and queue them up they do not line up. How is this done. My measurements are correct it is not right. Does anyone have a formula for this with the sleeve platens? Thank you.

You have to create the template in the media manager menu. There are several settings that if you do not set correctly, it will not line up.

First off, the platen size needs to be set to 18x24. Then, you would add in your sizes and locations. Then you can adjust your mirror settings (slot numbers).

However, the support team at Coldesi will probably just email you the correct template if you put in a support ticket. Did you buy the machine directly from them or second hand?

I created a template in photoshop that works perfectly. With the short sleeves we put a small block of metal so the print area is higher than the hem on the end of the sleeve. Works great. I did notice on the long sleeves it is difficult to get the seam on the sleeves flat. I put a strip of plexiglass in each sleeve so eliminate the problem. Thank you.
