I am looking for a screen printer to make the attached shirt. I would like pricing in the following increments 25,50,100 and 1000. My local shop says that they may not be able to print a design so close to the armpit/edge of the shirt, so I am looking to see if there are any other options out there. Located in Houston, TX.
