Please Someone Help! My Viper isn't loading correctly. I always forward the shirts until the sensor catches and then press load and everything lines up right, but now, for some reason when I press load it doesn't stop where it is supposed to. It keeps going past the first shirt. I really need help with this because I have a large order that is due ASAP.

try moving the shirt either to the left or right to see if the sensor grabs it then (make sure its a junk shirt)
also, you may want to do a system reboot shut everything off and unplug the printer and then reboot the computer as its rebooting plug in the printer again.

It may just need a quick break..

It could also be a faulty media sensor switch

It was. I replaced it and thus began the next series of problems.....
