I just had a guy come up to me as he just found out I am starting to screen print. He asked me if i could do 100 shirt order but he has one issue from the last guy he bought from. They are some bigger guys this guy is about 6'3" and 315 pounds he got a gildan 2xl sleevless shirt and he tells me that its too short for him. So before I order a bunch of shirts to find out they are too small or too big. What shirt would you recommand Thank you for your help

I would reccomend he not live in fantasyland anymore and get a 3xl.....im 6'4" and 270 and I wear a 2xl and because of my height most of them shrink too short once washed......and yhe fit is just right so I imagine if I gained 45 more lbs I would definitely need a bigger size. The best option would be a 2XLT yhey are cut longer for us taller guys...just a little more expensive

Remember that cotton shirts labeled preshrunk are just woven in such a way as to minimize the amount of shrinkage. Most 100% cotton T-shirts of all brands will shrink in the height 3-4 inches. Sleeveless XLT or tall shirts are going to be hard to come by. Regular T's in tall sizes can be found at Jensen Activewear, San Mar- Port and Company brand. However I'm at a loss in recommending a sleeveless. So ordering the larger size may be the only option but whenit shrinks it shrinks more in the height then the girth.
