OK I have looked over this site a ton and there are a lot of good reads on which blanks are the best for building a brand. But I have not found the information I am looking for.

I am looking for a quality shirt that is not fashion or fitted as I am in American and the bulk of my target are beer and pizza people that may be 5-10 pounds over weight.

Who makes a great shirt that is cut for the gut?

I have samples for
Anvil 980 - shirt doesn't hang nice and have a lot puckering around the collar
Canvas 3001- nice feel, a little thin and a touch snug but not too bad.
Next Level 3600 - nice feel, thin, tight in arms and snug everywhere
Gildan 5000- best fit it is relaxed and hangs nice but not as soft.

What are some other blanks to look at? Not concerned about price right now I need to find the perfect shirt then think about margins.

Also how much to these shirts change after washing?

Thanks for all the help folks.

I would like to suggest you Nike or Adidas because its worthy to wear and have the class too. Whenever you want to search a Shirt Blank for Beer guy you have to look once at Nike or Adidas. As they have all sizes and from small to plus size. They have the best collection. If you are worrying about the high prices of these brands you can use any Christmas shopping deals 2017 that will allow you to shop on discount rates and you can visibly see the savings of your money on each purchase.

I would agree with the Gildan Softstyle (6400) being a good option, as well as the Gildan DryBlend.

I would as suggest looking into Comfort Colors, Bayside Shirts, Hanes ComfortSoft (although Hanes shirts tend to have larger sleeves than Gildan they are also shorter in length compared to Gildan).
