I do. I'm not exactly sure what it's under. I think it's under media mail, but I would ask the PO to be sure. I do know that shipping First Class is ridiculously cheap if you take it to the Post Office (under $3) compared to UPS or FedEx (at $12-$18). I usually use stamps.com to ship our vinyl wraps and smaller orders. I use UPS for our larger ticket items or larger sized orders like helmets, shirt orders, etc. where the box is large, heavy, or multiple boxes because the rates are better with our discounts. FedEx or DHL has better international rates, depending on what and to where it's going or coming from.

I don't use Stamps.com, but a shirt-filled polybag would be considered a "package / thick-envelope."

If you have a PayPal account, you can buy discounted postage via their ShipNow page:
https://www.paypal.com/?cmd=_ship-now
No monthly fees, same commercial rate as all the others.

With this, or the other commercial base pricing providers, you can ship up to 15.99 oz via First Class USPS, else the FC cutoff is 13 oz

For packages over 15.99 oz, use USPS Priority Flat Rate envelopes or USPS Priority Legal-Size Flat Rate envelopes. The latter you have to order (it is free) as post offices do not stock them. This will work for moderate sized hoodies or a bunch of shirts.
