I have been wanting a heatpress for so long and i finally placed my order.Its been 4 days now and my order says processing How long should I be patient?

OK so i took your advice and called i was told all orders ship within 24 hours.......The guy ask for my order# and say my order will ship out today.I go to website and check same status processing.My relationship with proworld is starting off BAD!!!

For what it is worth, I believe that they were closed for a day or so because of the bad weather. Then there was also a federal holiday mixed in there. I ordered a press for my son about a week and a half ago and from order to delivery including the weekend days it was about week. Hope that helps.
