Just recently i have noticed a shiny reside left in the printing area of the screen after i wash it out (after burning before printing shirt) It looks open until it dries which I do standing them up with a fan blowing on them. I always have to wash it twice. I have not changed chemicals and i use a power washer. Anyone have any idea?

that "haze" is usually due to several things but usually it's just a rinsing issue... after washing out your image, while the screen is still wet, take some newspaper and lay it flat on each side of the screen.. once the newspaper is covering the image, just rub the top of it for a second or 2.. do that on both sides and that should remove the water from the image before it creates that haze... an air compressor with the air hose blowing the water out of the image before it dries is how i deal with it these days.. just fiddle with it.. you'll get it

Ok, if I understand correctly, you're not noticing any image haze until after you've exposed your screen and before you load it with ink.
Hmmm, it could be that your screen is not fully dried before you're exposing it and you're getting some slime effect. What could be happening, if that's the case, is that yeah you're clearing your image (that you've exposed) but then you're getting some slimy emulsion running down into your image. Like the previous post mentioned, after you rinse your screen, lay the screen flat onto a few layers of newspapers (on the shirt side), then quickly lay a piece of newspaper on the ink side, lightly tamping it down with a crumpled up piece of newspaper....then remove ASAP. I would not rub directly onto your exposed image without the paper buffer. You want to remove the newspapers right away so they won't bond with the emulsion.

But, like I said, it does sound like your emulsion might not be fully dried before exposing. If it feels slimy when wet, it's not dried fully.
