I have a customer that wants some embroidery done with "Sheriff's Gold" thread.

I can not find it any where. They have a company who is making patches for them with this thread. But the company won't tell him the brand name of the thread. They only give him Pantone numbers and I can't cross reference all the #s.

Contact Madeira and ask them. They can give you the number for their thread that's closest to the pantone color. Is the thread on the patches metallic? If so, that narrows the choices.

The best 2 companies with the most colors are Madeira and Robison-Anton, IF they don't have it, I don't know who does.
I would check with Robinson-Anton, just because their threads are made in america, and pretty sure many big companies who do government jobs uses MADE IN USA thread.

Yes, Robinson-Anton manufactures and dyes their threads in the USA using foreign sourced materials.

Either vendor is good quality and should be able to help with your question.

I tried to find that in the back of their thread chip cards, that we have, and I found 3 out of 7 that the customer gave me.
