I was trying to do a head cleaning through my computer but it said that our paper lever was switched to the "released" position and that it should be turned to the "secured" position. Can someone tell me what I need to do?

From Mike in our Support Department:

Ideally you want to do any cleaning (regular or power) from the Epson control panel on the Blazer printer, not through your computer.

"Set paper lever" is what you see on the Epson LCD when a Blazer component has failed/is not powered on.

The paper lever was removed when the Blazers were built, and the DC control board
tells the Epson it is still there. If you do a clean from the software, it most likely doesn't recognize
the Blazer component and in that case it would report it is as "up" or "unsecured".

Strangely my dad and I figured out how to fix EVERYTHING we think it's a miracle, but we ran into another problem unfortunately -_-;;... the problem is that when I try to print a design, the moment I press print a little box comes out saying "Paper not loaded correctly, reload the paper and try again" my dad and I reloaded about 10 times and it still doesn't work.. Please help!
