Hello out there......i am having a problem with rebooting after a head replacement
SERVICE REQ. 00010037 working with BLAZER EXP. can anyone help....PLEASE PLEASE

The code generally means that the ribbon cable to the print head is not connected properly. If you replaced the print head there is a chance you didn't plug in the head cable connections firmly enough. Unplug the print head and cable and try again.

I am an engineer in the UK that error code is the ribbon cable is not attached or bad connection. Did you get them into the new head correctly ?

Colin... thx i took the head apart again twice just to make sure i got it up back to home and now
it is stuck on RELOAD PAPER and i even shut printer down to reset and returned to RELOAD PAPER
what would you suggest???
