Service Error 00010035

Came back home tonight from ISS in Nashville to find a 00010035 error on the neoflex and been trying to resolve for 3 hours.

Here is what I have done:

1) replaced capping station- wiper was not moving very well and the station is over 2 years old. Cleaned and installed wiper blade with curve toward capping station.
2) checked belt and it is set at 3 marks on the scale on left hand side.
3) cleaned all the gears inside the spit station. Also cleaned everywhere I could reach.

Last week when this happened the little gear under the spit station in the top right corner had worked loose (pushed back in place and all was fine. Well tonight after putting everything back together this gear will not stay on its shaft (hopefully you can see where it goes in the attached photo. I don't see anything to hold it in place.

OK now for my questions-1) can this gear be held in place with a little glue; 2) what am I missing here that could be causing this error and 3) does the tab on the spit station fit on top of or under the plastic tab on the left side?

I will call the Tigers on Monday, but I sure would like to get back up and running tomorrow. Been gone for 3 days and really need to be at my day job all day Monday. If I have rambled I apologize, I am tired, frustrated and our luggage is somewhere between here and Nashville.

I did dock the printhead to be safe, since I don't know how long this error has been there- no one called and said they had an error so hopefully since last night,

Thanks
Larry

Most likely you snapped off the end that holds the gear in place and its not replacable. You must replace the whole mount plate motor but its not that expensive. But...depending where you broke it, I was able to fix mine as the plastic clip at the end broke and I took a small clip off a gear that was still stable without it and went macgyver on the gear tip. Once you put that little clip in place crazy glue the end to reinforce the clip. Use too much glue and your gear will get stuck from the glue seeping through and drying up. You can still spin it loose eventually but must turn quite a few times to make it turn nice and smooth again. Machine will sound a little different but it still works fine.

You can go to youtube if you replace the whole thing and find replace mount plate motor in AA Supply Videos.

Thanks. Just went back through everything and used hot glue to try and keep the gear in place, gear stayed still getting 00010035 error. My guess mount plate motor is gone. Will call Tigers tomorrow for a new one.

Quick question. Training calls for 50% cleaning solution and 50% cps, I have no cps. What can I use instead?

Thanks
Larry
Does the gear spin manually? If not it's just that you used too much glue. Spin it free. If it breaks it breaks. I used the metal clip to prevent the glue getting to the gear.
With Chaucer's help and a new mount plate motor the neo-baby is up and running. Also it is running quite again (last week it was really getting loud with a clicking sound). Thanks AA & Chaucer..........

As you'll likely know, there are several solutions to the clicking sound. This usually occurs when the printhead returns to the capping station end and can't be reproduced by sliding the printhead carriage by hand.

The most common cause is the drive belt becoming slightly loose.

I discovered the in drain, aka sink, can also be the cause! It's held in place with one screw and a locating tab but, the pipe that descends from the bottom of the sink is quite thick and rigid, if it's not properly pulled through or if the maintenance tank pushes up on it, you'll get the clicking.

My solution was to remove the maintenance tank and to grip the end of the tube with a pair of pliers or similar and ensure it's pulled down fully. If you watch the sink while you do this, you'll notice it drop a little - job done, clicking gone.

Im getting this same error today. I just replaced my motherboard due to a blown F6 fuse. I replaced the board and started my neoflex up. before getting to the non-genuine stage it stops and gives me the 00010035 error code. my gears are clean, and everything was working fine yesterday. could it be something to do with the motherboard or is it most likely my motor?
Folow stich ups advice, does it work?
Hi guys, we just had this code come up (waiting on Tigers to call back). We recently replaced the capping station, and ran about 50 prints perfectly afterwards (running better than ever). We come into the shop this morning to see this message. Gears are clean, everything around the capping station is clean, carriage moves freely, belt is tight.. Makes me think it is the mount plate motor from what I'm reading. Any other guidance or checklist would be greatly appreciated! Many shirts to do with so little time!
Someone else fixed this:

00010035 - Pump phase detection error.
I fixed this by cleaning all around the wiper blade mechanism and particularly the path the wiper holder slides along – mine was sticking a bit.

Thanks but this is a brand new wiper blade assembly (comes with capping station) and a wiper blade. The entire assembly looks very clean to me.. Can we test the motor?

this is usually the problem i have when i get this error code too, i take the spit station out and give all the areas around the wiper blade and arm a good clean and it goes back to normal
Thank you. I just ordered a spring + a mount plate motor. The spring that connects to the long white lever looks slightly stretched from taking the capping station in and out a few times. I will replace that first to see if it works, if not- then change the motor. This is recommended first from what Chaucer said.
We have this error code today,
found the gear out of place.
thanks for post it help us.
