Can anyone show me an example of a service contract/agreement they give to customers for approval of artwork and payment of tshirt services they give a customer before the job is done. I am a new business and business has been picking up lately and I am in need of some type of contract to give customers before I begin a job because I am getting more and more customers and don't want a job thrown back at me after it has been completed and not have any paperwork on artwork that the customer approved.
