I have additional questions and I can't reach anyone ( no answer )at Coldesi.
I visited the Coldesi booth and saw the machines at the ISS Nashville show this past weekend. After further research, including comparing the CAMS Line t o other machines snd customer feedback by forum members I had decided to purchase. I called Coldesi sales 4 times yesterday and 6 times (sales and service) today. The sales pick routes me to voicemail and service just rings. One of the "deal makers" for me was the good reviews on availability and customer support. Now I'm concerned and thinking what if I had already purchased the machine and REALLY needed help. I (my business) would be impacted for 3 days.

Perhaps everyone is still enroute from Nashville.

In my experience they are very good with support. I do most of my work at night and the few times I've had a problem, I've put a ticket in at night and get support the very next day. Sometimes on a friday night with a reply on saturday.

I didnt even buy my cams from them, and they still give me great support.

ifusion - yes I've read so many good posts on their support (including yours). I am surprised that I have not been able to reach ANYONE at the company. Usually, you can always reach someone in sales. I haven't dismissed the purchase as of yet.

Dekay317 - thanks for the reply. I am a die hard "stoner". :)

Sequins/Spangles do not interest me. (Coldesi had two spangle machines at ISS Nashville). I hold to the philosophy that if I'm not willing to wear/use it I don't buy it or sell it. I couldn't effectively market a product, if it doesn't appeal to me.

In my dressmaking days, customers paid to me "sequin an outfit" by either cutting shapes using sequin fabric and attaching it to various items or simply making "sequin garments". Didn't like it then either - :) but customers wanted it.
