Hello guys,
As i said before, i used to screen print for passion. I perform very well in the "HOBBY WAY" (adding correct amount reducer, separate colors by myself, figure out the squeegy pressure, curing ect...)
I met a shop owner (he has many shop) and he love my prints quality and the feeling!
and now i'm getting lots of shirts to print (1500 pcs) and i need to apply the ''PROFESSIONAL WAY''
I NEED SPEED, OPTIMIZATION, QUALITY, AND NO WASTE OF INK AND WORKFORCE
This design need to be printed on both dark and light shirt with Plastisol opaque ink.
Questions are:
What is the best effective way you would separate this image?
What will be your screen order?
Can i print this wet on wet or fash in between each colors?
Do i need to mix all these colors spot or CMYK process print will be good?
In terms of speed, is there a combination of steps that will help me deliver this quicker ?
will registration be a problem ?
will you do white base and print wet on wet?
Thanks a lot for your times guys,, truly appreciate!
