Screen printing question : Football jerseys

I see many football jerseys that have multiple print locations, like this:

Wouldn't this cost extremely expensive due to the various print locations? Or do these guys have some other cost saving methods to achieve this?

They are not screen printed. They are either dye sub with print/cut/sew or tackle twill and basically the same method, print/cut/sew.

Yes, it is expensive. Jerseys like that retail from $50 to $150 or more.
