I am wondering how to build a price list for t-shirts, longsleeves, hoodies etc that will enable me to charge all my costs (variable and overheads) to the customer at a competirive rate. I have a number of garment, ink and printing suppliers and would like to base my price list on both gildan and fruit of the loom garments. If anybody has any helpful information or can point me in the right direction I would be most grateful. Can anybody recommend how much I should charge for printing if customers wish to supply their own garments? Many thanks.

Thanks for your help CMT.

I have collated a list of things i would need to consider whilst building my price list. Can you think of anything i may have missed:
1. Inkjet Film
2. Emulsion
3. Chemicals: Ink remover, Stencil remover, Stain remover, degreaser, anti ghost, spot cleaner.
4. Rubber gloves
5. Ink
6. Ink additives
7. T-shirt tack
8. Blockout for pin holes
9. Measuring cups
10. Masking tape
11. Wiping materials
