Never used those, but buying cheap equipment is a quick path to headaches....The cheaper presses are very hard to keep screens registered on multi colored jobs, especially with sim process or 4 color process. Not saying you can't print them, but it is more difficult. I started out on a 6/2 Silver press and used it for 8 years with spot color, sim process, and some 4 color process jobs until we upgraded. Probably printed well into the tens of thousands of shirts on it. It now sits disassembled on a couple shelves in the corner. It was a decent press for the price, but will never be what the upgrade is. When we get a bigger space, we're planning on getting it back into the mix for simple spot color jobs. Equipment doesn't have to be the latest and greatest thing on the market. It just has to hold up to what you are willing to push it's limits to for how and what you want to print.
You're welcome! I think you'll be very pleased with the Vastex. We were going to get a V-2000 6/4, but ended up with an older Hopkins International 6/4 instead.
