Screen Printing Optilux

Question is that i'm trying a new product called Optiloux it is a 2 part product that i'm wanting to know is that i'm putting this on a black t-shirt and what this is. It's made for reflection in the dark. like swat,police, wrecker driver shirts. Do i need to put a whit base down. and what mesh screen. i was thinking about a 156 and help please contact me.

I suggest you download the instructions for
Optilux™ Ultra Reflective Ink Systems.

Any ink will have a smoother finish if you fill the holes in the mesh before printing a surface print. Of course, that requires the time consuming print + flash that will triple your labor cost, plus another screen and a choked positive.

Thanks for the info but it was saying 2 diffirent things but i found out that it works best without a base coat. Sirts really turned out great.
