Expanded my business and now doing koozies..... have my first order. Need some advice asap. Can I use plastisol ink on them? Do the dark koozies need an underbase or just print? Customer wants neon inks..... what would be the best way to print that ink on a koozie. I will be using a flash dryer to monitor it so I don't burn any of them.

Any advice would be very helpful..... job starts on Monday.

yes on plastisol inks we do an under base when needed, and not sure on the neon colors we do not print with them enough for me to know much about them. We print a lot of koozies so i built a board just for them so I can do 4 at a time just used my jigsaw to cut the white board from the lumber yard.Good luck with them and let us know how the job turned out!!

Haven't printed with them on koozies but all neons I have printed with on tshirts required an underbase. I can't see why it would be any different for koozies.
