Screen Printing on DVDs and Lighters

I would like to screen print on DVDs for my short films. I've done a lot of searching and its been difficult to find any solid info. What inks and mesh sizes do i use? Any info helps!

Plastisols not only scratch off, they don't air cure......so it would rather rub off.

You can also try using vinyl inks from nazdar, they dry to touch within 15 mins, fully dry to stack within 60 minutes.

Nazdars 5900 series dry pretty fast for us. It does smell like crap though.
