hi all. had a quick question. a client was interested in getting a couple designs from tshirt factory screen printed for a private label project but 2 of them say for dtg/digital printing only. i just wanna confirm if these 2 designs are truly for dtg only, or can they be printed fine with a simulated or cmyk approach (depending on shirt color)?

In my experience images labelled as DTG only are because they are process color (cmyk) and high resolution. You can probably print using cmyk, but if there are a lot of small details they will no doubt get lost. I guess it depemds on the quality of your output.

Either of them can be screen printed. It does take a skilled printer to accomplish this. On white CMYK would be a good option. Any other color simulated process might be a better option. Even on white it would probably pop better then CMYK.
