Good day Everyone. I need help regarding printing on a basketball jersey; What are the common practices used by us Filipinos to save time and money and the most easiest way to screen print when there's a job order for team jerseys. I am using photo emulsion for screen printing and I haven't tried other methods. If I use photo emulsion I'll be creating lots of wooden frames; one for each person and that'll be costly like if there's 15 person that'll be 15 wooden frames + one wooden frame for the team name at front of the jersey.

ang teknik ko po kasi is. ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ ganyan po screen ko. then every letter iadjust ko sya. tyagaan nga lang pero will work for you. 1screen fits all. matagal ka na ba sa silkscreen business?

Salamat po sa pag reply..Photo Emulsion din po ba ang method niyo? so for team name ibang frame na po yun? hindi po ba didikit yung paint sa emulsion kasi po diba mabilis lang po magclog pag natuyo yung paint sa emulsion based on trial and error ko po using superwhite ang bilis po magclog.. additional question na rin po pala may teknik po ba para hindi agad magclog ang paint sa screen? and pano niyo po pinapantay yun?

ang teknik ko lang po sa clog, lagi ka po dapat may hawak na sponge na wet, pra pang punas sa clogs.

Jersey po kasi po pag nag pprint ako mabilis magclog.. so example po photo emulsion yung gamit ko then nakapagprint na ko ng isa then until sa mag clog saka ko gagamiting yung wet sponge pero which side ko ipupunas sa side ng paint or sa side na didikit sa jersey? ano po ba dapat na gamit kong paint? kasi ang gamit ko po ay super white...salamat po sa pagreply.

sir baka meron sa inyo makatulong kung saan pwede bumili ng mga blank dri-fit na basketball jersey na different color anf different sizes...?
