Screen Print Department Manager
Currently we have an exciting opportunity available for a Screen Print Department Manager.
- Oversee all facets of the daily operations of a screen printing company
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and working to exceed customer expectations for quality, delivery and service
- Create and manage production schedule
- Provide leadership and guidance of production staff
- Minimum of 5 years apparel screen printing experience
- Manual and automatic press experience a plus
- Experience burning and reclaiming screens required
- Discharge printing experience a plus
- Specialty print experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have a high standard of quality
- Responsible individual that will work hard and take initiative
- Must a HAVE A GREAT EYE FOR DETAIL
