i need help with the screen count for my designs, i have been using a 43T screen for all my designs, just at the start to get use to screen printing, but i now want to start doing 2 colour jobs and taking it a lot more serious, and making shirts that i actually really am happy with, not just something to scrap up a few bucks when i sell them.

i have attached a screen shot of the designs i want to print, will i get away with printing these with the 43T screens or should i invest some money into some new screens, i will be using pastisol inks. and curing it with a heat gun.

i will be printing on White Grey and navy shirts.

P.S i know i have miss spelt established, i still have to fix that.

Also, i do not think it will be getting printing on the pocket of a shirt, I'm going to stick to just plain shirts at this time.

Depends on how you're doing it--I'd probably underbase the circle white on a 60T and overprint with a higher mesh--80T or 90T, metric, that is.

Were you using 43 thread per inch screens for everything?

I was guessing you were doing metric, not many people running window screens.
