Mineral spirits, or paint thinner based on mineral spirits will work fine. I don't know about turpentine but mineral spirits is cheaper. God Bless.
Screen cleaning
Is turps/White spirits ok to use when cleaning ink from a screen, or will it damage the emulsion or the threads on the screen?

CCI screen wash 147 is a good option. Much more user friendly.
And much more expensive. I have used mineral spirits for 52 years and it has never treated me badly.
