screeching sound coming from capping assembly

after installing capping/pump assembly I get a loud gear screeching sound just as the printer trying to the cleaning cycle at start up. I don't see anything obstructing the print head. It started doing it after I installed another capping assembly unit. Could use help on this issue,, Thanks,,

Problem solved ! It was the capping assembly' I installed a new one, it took care of that problem. Now I am getting the red paper light flashing. The PE censor is wire to a switch and set to roll feed. any advice??
