Sawgrass SG400 Color Issues

I recently bought a Sawgrass SG 400 Chromoblast..

I started printing and did a few photos that came out decent, my issues arise when I try to print royal, it comes out purple, and somewhat bland at that..


We adjusted the color on the printer setting, the royal still isn't royal, and its still bland..

We are using, chromoblast paper, heatpress is at 375, for 30 seconds as per the instructions on the paper..

We are using creative studios

Any input would be greatly appreciated..
