We have been using Bean-E-Dooo for a while now because It's safe for Human use and the environment but It just leaves to much of an oily residue after using it. Does anyone know of a solid Plastisol Ink Remover that Is also safe for handling? Thank you In advance!

I have the same problem using the Franmar Bean-E-Doo.
Tape will not adhere to the screens once the Ink Remover
has been used to wipe out a screen.

I generally can burn 2 different images at either end of my
screens and tape off one when using printing the other.
However, if it I clean off the ink for a color change or to
tape off and use the opposing image, Tape will not adhere to
the oily surface the Bean-E-Doo leaves behind.

Both actually.
When off press Bean-e-doo is meant to use with water. Most screen wash leave a oily residue that doesn’t allow tape to stick. CCI has a good envirowash but also leaves residue. Franmar has a products, color change and greenway. They are more expensive and still leave a slight residue.

I use the bean-e-doo the use 91% alcohol to remove residue when doing a color change. If cataloging a screen the oily residue seems to dry out
