ryonet silver press cart alternative for mounting?

Just looking for a cheaper alternative then the silver press cart. I went to home depot but couldnt find anything with the right dimensions. Was thinking maybe building something out of wood but realize I dont have the time. Any good table top alternative? Height would need to be 32.5.

Does it need to be mobile?
I used two bathroom sink cabinet bases and put a 3/4 plywood top across them.

I mounted mine to an old heavy desk I had.

I clamp mine with clamps from Home Depot with the trigger grip to tighten to my table ... I have to be mobile, as I do not have a place to setup full time.

I see, I ended up having a table made out of wood which had the exact dimensions and height as the silver press cart. All for $70 :)
