I just received my Ryonet RXP unit yesterday and I'm having issues already with it. The timer control panel is not counting down when the time is set and some things are not showing up on the timer screen that should be there. For example, it has a "s" for seconds but no "m" or "h". I am so frustrated since i am dead in the water until I figure this out. Can anyone help or point me to a resource that would give some overall support? Of course I have issues when no one is available at their office until Monday.
