Get some screen printing spray tac. And just use a very little amount to your subli transfer

It's the first time I have to work with transfer paper in roll. My problem is that after cutting it into pieces my transfers are not flat and move when I'm closing my heat press. Do you know any tip how to make the prints flat. I don't want to use tape every time.

You could lay out your transfers in PhotoShop to the size of your press, so that you're not cutting out lots of little transfers, so only have one sheet which you lay our your iphone aluminiums (for example) onto that. This may still curl a bit, but not as badly as smaller pieces.
