Hi

I've got a Roland VSi printer and i'm struggling to get good colours when printing t-shirt vinyl.

The vinyl I'm using is Siser Softprint matt, the sample i'm given is fantastic, very vibrant but my prints are dull or just don't pop.

I'm guessing it has something to do with profiles and I've tried printing using 'Max Impact' and 'Sign and Display' and they don't appear to make any difference.

What settings do you guys use? I'm using Versaworks Duel by the way.

Thanks

Max impact can help but it sounds like you need a good profile. Check with the material manufacture and see if there is a profile. You can also check Roland DGA's profiles...they offer a lot of profiles for other brands besides their own.
