I had to get new computer and it's a Window 10. Now my Roland Versa works will not work. It look like it's printing but never does the when you cancel the print it will roll the media out just liked it had printed and cut. Hooked it to a lap top that's Windows 8 and it will work. Tried to find the drivers but I couldn't. So what can I do the fix this. The place I purchased the cutter from doesn't carry Roland products any more. And it's out of date for support.

Did you load the windows 8 driver on the windows 10 pc?
Here is a PDF that gives detailed info on how to load the driver for windows 10.

NO but I'll try that. Thank you. But I did uninstall it and reinstalled it. Would that be the same as downloading the Windows 8 drivers. I cant find the drivers for Windows 10.
We keep our old computers running for just this reason. We have 5 of them right now and all are perfect except for an occasional recovery but we have all the print files backed up offsite.

I know right. I still have my lap top but its running slow. My other died and had to get a new one. Just trying to get this one to work.
Download the windows 10 driver from the Roland DGA website. We’re running Windows 10 and have no issues with RVW and the bn20

If you read the PDF ...
It says...use the windows 8 driver...it works fine for windows 10.
There is NO windows 10 driver....because the windows 8 driver works fine in windows 10.

We have 3 Roland printers all using versaworks on a windows 10 pc's.
Works fine...just read the PDF and do exactly what it says.

There is NO windows 10 driver.
You use the windows 8 driver for both windows 8 and windows 10.

The PDF clearly explains this.
Okay but I do see a driver listed. Maybe it’s for a different version of RVW not there is a Windows 10 driver listed

Yes, but it is just basicly the windows 8 driver renamed.
If you look in the section with "windows 10 drivers" you will see the 3rd thing listed is the PDF I linked to. Which explains how to load the driver and that it will work fine using windows 8 drivers.
You just have to be sure to pick 32 or 64 bit.

Here is a link for the OP to the drivers for the BN20.
