Did you load the windows 8 driver on the windows 10 pc?I had to get new computer and it's a Window 10. Now my Roland Versa works will not work. It look like it's printing but never does the when you cancel the print it will roll the media out just liked it had printed and cut. Hooked it to a lap top that's Windows 8 and it will work. Tried to find the drivers but I couldn't. So what can I do the fix this. The place I purchased the cutter from doesn't carry Roland products any more. And it's out of date for support.
NO but I'll try that. Thank you. But I did uninstall it and reinstalled it. Would that be the same as downloading the Windows 8 drivers. I cant find the drivers for Windows 10.Did you load the windows 8 driver on the windows 10 pc?

I know right. I still have my lap top but its running slow. My other died and had to get a new one. Just trying to get this one to work.We keep our old computers running for just this reason. We have 5 of them right now and all are perfect except for an occasional recovery but we have all the print files backed up offsite.

There is NO windows 10 driver.Download the windows 10 driver from the Roland DGA website. We’re running Windows 10 and have no issues with RVW and the bn20
