Roland Stika 12 not cutting evenly

i just changed the blade on my stika 12 and now its not cutting evenly. the left side is cutting deeper then the right side. the right part doesnt even cut at all sometimes. can some please help me. i know its adjusting the blade but i tried that for 3 days already. any help adjusting the blade the right way is appreciated thanks
