Hello everyone I have a Roland sp 300 and my magenta and yellow is not printing. I used a syringe to pull both the magenta and yellow inks from the damper. I then went to test print and still no magenta or yellow. I did a few power cleaning still no luck. Does anyone have any information that will help to get this machine back up and running. Thanks in advance

Sounds like a print head issue. The SP has two print heads, one is cyan/black the other yellow/magenta. Could be clogged or dried out - depending on the severity, it could be cleaned but if it's bad, will probably need to be replaced. Could also be a communication issue. There is a thread in the Vinyl section that gives steps that someone used to get them back working. Maybe give that a shot before you have to drop $1200 on getting a new print head installed.
