anybody selling a cheap used or new generic or original stand for Roland GX-24?

my suggestion, don't worry about the stand. If you need a place to put your cutter I'd go to home depot or other hardware store and buy a rolling cart. At least that way you've got a place to have easy access to add'l materials, parts or whatever. And, more than likely it's less expensive.

Sams club sells a stainless table. It has wheels and a bottom shelf. Cost about $120.

I went to Lowe's bought a 5 shelf unit like you use in a garage assembled it making it "L" shaped works wonderfully. The cost varies depending on the size you get but is very resonable and works great.
