Hi all,

I am having a difficult time trying to get my Roland GX-24 to cut in register to contour cut transfers. I have tried a multitude of troubleshooting techniques to no avail. The issue is that everytime I attempt to contour cut a transfer the GX-24 cuts the design out of register. I have watched the online training videos as well as read the manual, which doesn't really provide any information on contour cutting. I have also taken the latest firmware updates. Can anyone help!!!!!!!!

Make sure that your registration marks are lined up over the top of the white cutting strip before you click cut.

Thanks, Tried that and the machine still cuts out of registration. Also, it doesn't find the third registration mark right away like I have seen in some of the videos. Any other suggestions?

When you are in print/cut mode, click on printing set up and then make sure the fine adjustment box is checked. This should fix your issue.
