Ok I admit I am in love with this printer cutter! But here many people say that this machine have issues! Is it true? Is it true that you must have a lot of production to prevent issues?
I can't accept that a printer that cost it a lot of money have issues!
Can you share thoughts and experience?

Great printer. All depends on the volume of work. We ran ours for three years until the unit started to have an issue. Sold and got a larger unit.
I bought my BN20 from a seller who was moving up. It was a giant ink waster and only allows certain widths of media to be printed because of how the pinch rollers and grit are designed. Literally I would hear it in my office cleaning several times a night, pouring your ink money down the waste tank! It did print and cut well however.
Go with a smaller sized VS series, or go big with a 52 inch and do bigger stuff too like signs, wraps and banners!
I've had one for approximately a year and while we've had minimal issues with it, if I could go back in time I probably wouldn't buy it again. I will say its great for decals and even posters but I guess I'm just not a fan of their vinyl on a tee, and the weeding etc. AND there really are a lot of consumables that add to your costs and add they add up quickly. Inks, waste tanks, blades, materials and masks, I even had to have a part replaced due to just normal usage. Since we started using plastisol transfer for larger orders, the profit margins are going up thankfully. Don't get me wrong, it's a great printer just wasn't what we expected being our first foray into garment decorating. It'll eventually pay for itself with just decals so it definitely has it's place.
Haven't got one, but from what I've seen and heard about them they are verrrrry slooooow.

They're only slow if you've used a faster machine. :)

Very true, but some of us could retire before the prints are done. lol

I highly recommend going up to at least the 30" printers. Just the speed and roll size versatility is enough reason to justify the extra cost.

totally understand, it was just our first big printer so the speed seemed fine because we never knew any different. However after a year of use, I do find myself waiting around for it to finish a lot of jobs. God forbid I get a clear decal order with white in it, large ones can take a couple hours..
