I just bought a Craft Robo Pro have been having problems with all the cutting software. I made up my letters that I needed cut, placed my transfer sheet in the cutter, but when I press cut a message pops up that says 'cutting plotter control startup failure. Anyone know what to do next? I tried calling Graphtec but no one ever answers, hopefully they will return my call. Ahhhh I just wanna cut stuff! I had to go back to my Silhouette for now because I have a deadline. Someone help me please

You might need to go to the graphtec website and download drivers for your computer's operating system. I had to do that with WIN 7. I'm still waiting for the drivers for coreldraw x6. You might also have to delete your program and reload it. I had to do that with WIN7 too.

Graphtec finally got back to me and took my computer over remotely and got it working. Thanks
