Hi I have a Robo Master Pro sofware and the Graftec 5000-40 cutter,the problem I have that when I go to File and push the output setting to send the print image to cut I have a window said the plotter cutter is no instaled ,please help

Well, this is a pretty lame answer, but have you tried re-installing the software?

I would recommend going to your programs/features and uninstalling the robomaster and the plotter controller.
the go to the Graphtec website and re download the windows driver,plotter controller and the robomaster software. install them in order. first the driver, second the plotter controller, and then robomaster. make sure to assign the port to the usb port and not the com port.
