Hi,

is it possible to print on this magic wonderful *ekhm* machines with some other RIP software?

RIP provided by TexJet (version 7) is total misunderstanding. It's like playing one-armed bandit. You never know what will print.

Here are some examples:
- I set the printer to print 3 times the same image - it printed only once
- I set the printer to print 10 times the same image - it printed 9 times because it lost one somewhere
- images came out with 1 cm cropped bottom (1 cm of the image is lost)
- images came out stretched or expanded
- in color+w mode instead printing color after white it printed the white again but half of image lower (wasted shirt)
- image came out blurred (it's sharp but it looks like it moved from the top to the bottom and left traces from slide)

P.S. I hate t-shirting so much that I left my job. It's only 2 weeks more and I will be free. That's the best decision in my life.

What is the brand name and model of your printer?

TexJet PLUS Advanced from Polyprint. That's not the printer issue because I have also second, almost the same printer (TexJet PLUS) - only difference is the way of installing the platens. There I use RIP v6 and it's muuuch more reliable. I cannot use v6 for the advanced version since the platens have different dimensions.
