Ricoh sg3110 dn install problem

Hi guys, really hope 1 of you can help me as it's Friday night and I won't be able to get any tech support from dye sub supplies until Monday.

I have copied the ICC profile to the relevant folder, installed the ink carts, connected up the printer to laptop with USB cable. I was told by supplier not to install any drivers as not needed. I am running Windows 10 64 bit.

Problem is laptop has found the AficioSG3110DN and put it with 'other devices' instead of with 'printers and scanners'. Therefor I am unable to manage the device or set it to print.

Has anyone experienced this or have any idea how to solve it?

You need is CADLink FilmMaker.
This Program support drivers of your printer.
