B U L L S H I T!You need is CADLink FilmMaker.Hi guys, really hope 1 of you can help me as it's Friday night and I won't be able to get any tech support from dye sub supplies until Monday.
I have copied the ICC profile to the relevant folder, installed the ink carts, connected up the printer to laptop with USB cable. I was told by supplier not to install any drivers as not needed. I am running Windows 10 64 bit.
Problem is laptop has found the AficioSG3110DN and put it with 'other devices' instead of with 'printers and scanners'. Therefor I am unable to manage the device or set it to print.
Has anyone experienced this or have any idea how to solve it?
