I'm having a problem with my Ricoh GX7000. I moved it the other day and there was a LARGE puddle of Sublijet cyan ink under it. I pulled out the cyan cartridge and it looks like the ink is leaking from the metal nozzle that goes into the printer. Has anyone else had this problem?

We discovered a cyan leak with our 5050 which uses the same carts as the 7000. I was talking with friends who own another shop and they had a magenta leak. It turned out to be defective carts for us. Mine was leaking from the bottom and the metal nozzle area was clean. I called Sawgrass and got a replacement cart and it is printing fine again.

Should not hurt the printer.

Called Sawgrass and they are sending out a replacement cartridge. Its been installed for about 3-4 weeks. I would have never known it was leaking if I didn't move the printer. The puddle wasn't/isn't visible unless you lift the printer.
