Hi all,
My Ricoh 3110 gave a problem when printing light colours, such as light grey or colour very close to white. I am not sure how to describe it, it's like some dust lines:

I have checked all this occurs to a full solid grey background as well.
At first, I suspect the issue lies in my Ricoh printer. Thus invested in a new SG400 printer, as well as testing different sublimation paper. The same issue occurs.
Paper that I've tried:
1) Otterbox Sublimation Paper
2) Sublicolour Impact 3796 (Virtuoso Print Manager has a profile setup for this)
I mainly print on 2D phone cases and mugs.
