Unless its waterbase ink the stones wont stick .
If its plastisol you would have to put stones around the design

its plastisol, so i can do the screen print then put the rhinestone transfer on the shirt then heat press it and not mess up the ink? do i use teflon?

I would not put tape on the plastisol you will pull it off .
You would have to hand place stones

You would also need to put holes in the plastisol design before you can put rhinestones in the design. The stones will not adhere to the plastisol inks. They will need to be able to adhere to the fabric in order to stick.
